Job summary

OakLeaf Surgical Hospital in Altoona, WI, seeks a Radiologic Technologist II to perform advanced CT imaging with minimal supervision, supporting surgical and inpatient services. You will ensure image quality and safety, while contributing to equipment and workflow efficiency within the department.

Responsibilities include independent CT operation, patient positioning, ALARA compliance, and collaboration with radiologists and clinicians to meet diagnostic needs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in radiologic technology or radiologic sciences from an accredited program is required.
• Active Wisconsin Radiographer license required.
• ARRT certification in the applicable modality (CT) required; BLS on hire.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for patients’ rights and provide compassionate, individualized care.
• Operate x-ray and CT imaging independently to complete exams.
• Capture high-quality diagnostic images following protocols and adjust for patient condition.
• Maintain radiographs quality and safety per standards; follow ALARA principles.
