Job summary

VA New Jersey Health Care System, Toms River CBOC, is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform general radiography and DEXA procedures in an outpatient clinic setting. The shift is 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Candidates must hold a valid radiologic technology license, ARRT (R) certification, and have at least three years of experience in the required modality. English fluency and credentialing approval are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold full, current radiologic technology license in any US state.
• ARRT certification in radiologic technology (R).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the advanced modality or equivalent cases.
• English language proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Must clear credentialing and on-site evaluations before providing services.
• New hires receive two-week facility familiarization.

Responsibilities

• General Radiography / DEXA duties and related exams.
• Experience with IVP, GI series and contrast studies; C-arm cases.
• Sterile supplies handling and contrast media management.
