Qualifications

• Current unrestricted Radiologic Technology license in the United States.
• ARRT (R) certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in advanced imaging modalities preferred.
• Active AHA BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for imaging procedures and explain exams.
• Perform diagnostic imaging studies according to departmental protocols.
• Operate imaging equipment and ensure image quality.
• Position patients properly and maintain radiation safety standards.
• Monitor patients during examinations and identify changes requiring physician notification.
• Upload and manage images within PACS and VA systems.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Follow infection control, patient safety, and radiation safety protocols.
