Blue Origin is seeking an experienced NDT Radiography Technician to perform Computed Tomography and Digital Radiography inspections on flight-critical hardware. The role supports spaceflight programs across manufacturing and supply chain operations, ensuring part integrity and quality through established NDT methods.

The ideal candidate has Level 2 radiography experience (DR/CR) and CT proficiency, with NAS-410 training and safety certifications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Level 2 experience in non-film radiography (DR or CR).
• 1+ year of Level 2 experience in Computed Tomography.
• Must pass Radiographic General Test and Specific Test by week 3.
• Must meet NAS-410 training requirements in Radiography.
• 40 hours of Radiation Safety Training.
• 40 hours of Digital Radiography Training.
• Eligible to certify to Level II per NAS-410 in Non-Film Radiography (800 hours).
• Vision: 20/25 or Jaeger No. 1 at specified distances; color vision tests.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain techniques to examine hardware safely.
• Perform Computed Tomography Scans and interpret data.
• Perform inspections using Digital Radiographic Test.
• Interpret inspection results and apply acceptance criteria from drawings.
• Execute daily, weekly, monthly process control checks.
• Document and organize inspection results.
• Interface with Engineers/Managers to relay inspection results.
