Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a skilled NDT Technician to support Computed Tomography and Digital Radiography inspections on flight hardware. You will work with a team of NDT specialists, applying established techniques to ensure part integrity and reliability for spaceflight hardware.

The role focuses on CT and radiographic inspections, adhering to safety standards, and collaborating with engineers and managers to interpret results and drive quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Level 2 experience in non-film radiography (DR, or CR).
• 1+ year of Level 2 experience in Computed Tomography.
• Must pass Radiographic General Test and Specific Test by week 3.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain techniques to examine hardware with safety compliance.
• Perform Computed Tomography scans and interpret data.
• Perform inspections using Digital Radiographic Test (DRT).
• Interpret inspection results and apply acceptance criteria from drawings or work orders.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly process control checks.
• Document and organize inspection results.
• Interface with Engineers/Managers to describe inspection results.
