Job summary

Medical City McKinney is seeking a CT/MRI Technologist to join the weekends team. You will perform CT and MRI scans across age groups under a Radiologist, ensuring safety and quality in a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications include ARRT CT, ARRT MR, ARRT RT, vocational school graduate, and at least 1 year of acute care experience; BLS within 30 days. This role emphasizes patient care and magnet safety within a collaborative radiology team.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The CT/MRI Technologist performs superior/quality CT and MRI scans on all ages under the direction of a Radiologist. Maintains a safe and therapeutic diagnostic environment based on practice standards and magnet safety guidelines. Participates in departmental improvement activities.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (ARRT-CT) Computed Tomography
• (ARRT-MR) Magnetic Resonance Imaging
• (ARRT-R) Radiography
• (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer
• Vocational School Graduate
• 1+ years of acute experience
