Job summary

MXR Imaging, Inc. seeks a CT/MRI/PET-CT Field Service Engineer to travel to customer sites for repairs, PMs, de-installations and installations. You will troubleshoot using laptops and equipment, and support customers with on-site service throughout the United States.

Required is a strong background in servicing medical imaging equipment, excellent communication skills, and willingness to be on call including weekends and holidays. A U.S. driver’s license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Extensive background servicing Medical Imaging equipment.
• Willing to be on call, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Preferred: Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or military electronics training.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-demand phone and on-site support as required.
• Plan, schedule, and execute planned maintenance activities.
• Submit required paperwork to accounting/operations promptly.
• Promote positive customer relationships, including non-service visits.
• Return material not used in the field to MXR Imaging facilities.
• Work with sales and operations on customer/site issues.
• Perform on-site system installations and de-installations.
• Maintain inventory integrity and participate in safety/QMS procedures.
