Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification through AHA or American Red Cross required.
• One year of healthcare experience or current radiology student preferred.
• Broad knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.

Responsibilities

• Assure rooms are set up properly before beginning of procedure.
• Clean rooms promptly post-procedure.
• Assist patients with changing, ensure modesty and comfort, respond to call lights.
• Assure patient is discharged to appropriate destination.
• Schedule scans and manage queue.
