Job summary

nGenium is seeking an experienced CT/MR Imaging Engineer to support healthcare facilities across North Carolina. This field-based role covers installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CT and MRI systems to maximize uptime and deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include servicing imaging systems, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting field issues, and maintaining compliant documentation while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience servicing medical imaging equipment.
Strong CT and/or MRI experience (GE and Siemens preferred).
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

Install, service, and maintain CT and MRI imaging systems
Perform preventative maintenance, calibrations, and system inspections
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field
Maintain accurate service documentation and compliance records
Support customers while collaborating with internal technical teams
