Qualifications

• Must be Licensed in the State of Connecticut (S-1).
• Experience performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and complex HVAC repairs with minimal supervision.
• Able to install HVAC equipment for residential homes in new construction and replacement environments.
• Strong understanding of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems; diagnose and perform maintenance.
• Electrical and mechanical skills; read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot components.
• Extensive hands-on experience servicing residential HVAC systems; construction/installation a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, pumps, fans, valves, etc.
• Excellent communication to explain problems and solutions clearly to customers.

Responsibilities
