Job summary

Atrium Health is seeking a CT Technologist I to perform CT procedures in accordance with departmental protocols and standards. You will operate CT scanners and related equipment with high proficiency, including scanners, post processing, IV contrast injectors, O2 and suction equipment, and patient transport and monitoring devices.

The role is PRN, part-time, with variable shifts and a pay range of $42.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiology or NMTCB for Nuclear Medicine and advanced registry from the ARRT in CT within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Verify orders with Radiologist before performing exams and refer discrepancies.
• Identify patients and explain procedures; prepare patients for exams.
• Review medical history and correlate test results with the exam.
• Operate CT scanners and related equipment; document contrast administration.

Education
