Qualifications

• ARRT or NMTCB certification required at hire.
• New grads must obtain ARRT-R or NMTCB certification before starting.
• Ability to perform and evaluate imaging procedures with attention to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and verify orders, prepare patients, document clinical history while maintaining confidentiality.
• Apply imaging protocols, optimize factors, and follow ALARA for patient safety.
• Evaluate image quality, ensure correct positioning, and verify data transfer and storage.
• Assist licensed practitioners with interventional procedures and perform prescribed CT exams.
• Educate and monitor students and healthcare providers involved in procedures.
