Job summary

MyCare Medical is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography (CT) Technician to join our imaging team. You will perform CT procedures, ensure image quality, and uphold radiation safety standards while delivering compassionate patient care.

The ideal candidate has an accredited radiologic technology program with CT specialization, ARRT CT certification, and an active state license. Prior CT experience is preferred to support a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program with CT specialization.
• ARRT CT certification.
• Valid state radiologic technologist license.
• Prior CT technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Imaging Procedures: Perform CT imaging procedures across head, chest, abdomen and extremities.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain CT scanning equipment and ensure safety protocols.
• Patient Preparation: Explain procedures and address patient questions to ensure comfort.
• Radiation Safety: Adhere to radiation safety guidelines to minimize exposure.
• Image Quality Assurance: Evaluate and adjust image quality for diagnostic standards.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient and procedure records.
• Collaboration: Work with radiologists and physicians to discuss results.
