Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in radiologic sciences or AMA approved school graduate.
• Texas licensure and ARRT-CT certification required on hire; BLS certification.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review orders, screen patients, and determine appropriate CT protocol.
• Perform CT exams, ensure ALARA principles, and document results.
• QC testing, maintenance, and adherence to accreditation requirements.
• Collaborate with nurses, anesthesia, radiologists and scheduling for workflow.
• Assist and orient new hires and students; maintain patient confidentiality.
