Job summary

Regional One Health in Memphis, TN seeks a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT scans, review physician orders, and ensure patient safety while delivering accurate data for patient records.

You will prepare and operate imaging equipment, position and comfort patients, administer contrast when required, document procedures, and support radiology team with safety and quality measures in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of AMA radiology technology program is required.
• Qualified to work with neonate to geriatric patients as assigned.
• ARRT certification required within two years of hire.
• CT- ARRT (CT) certification must be obtained within two years.
• CPR and BCLS certifications required on hire.
• Minimum 1 year radiology technologist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review patients' medical records and orders prior to CT procedures.
• Determine proper CT settings and prepare equipment for each exam.
• Perform CT scans, explain procedures to patients, and ensure safety.
