Cancer Care Specialists of IL is seeking a CT Technologist in Effingham, IL to perform CT and Bone Densitometry exams under supervision of Oncologists. You will ensure patient comfort and safety, operate CT equipment, and document exams in the medical record.

The role requires ARRT certification, CPR, and EPIC training, with preferred Illinois radiology licensure. A strong focus on quality, safety, and teamwork within Radiology is essential.

Competenze

• ARRT RT(R) certification or registry eligibility required.
• ARRT RT(CT) certification or registry eligibility preferred.
• Current Illinois radiology licensure or eligibility preferred.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to become certified.
• Must complete EPIC training and pass required tests.

Mansioni

• Participates in CT and/or Bone Densitometry scanning to maintain competency and quality of care.
• Prepares CT room and equipment according to procedures.
• Transports patients to and from CT area as needed.
• Explains steps to patients and answers questions about procedures.
• Administers contrast agents per site protocols and monitors for reactions.
