Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a CT Technologist to join the Radiology Department for night shifts on a 60-hour biweekly schedule (5x12s, 7p–7a). Every other Sunday weekend schedule with on-call responsibilities.

This role emphasizes image quality, CT-guided procedures, and patient coordination. Qualified candidates are graduates of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT-registered, with CT credential within one year, Ohio radiographer license, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtain within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• AHA BLS certification or within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist CT guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Patient scheduling and coordination for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examination.
• Demonstrate on-the-spot critical thinking and work with CT team.
