Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging using approved CT protocols. You will ensure patient safety, administer contrast, and maintain accurate documentation and PACS transfers.

The role requires ARRT CT certification within 12 months (or equivalent experience) and IEMA accreditation with BLS. The position emphasizes quality imaging, strict safety standards, and collaboration with the imaging team to support efficient care delivery

Competenze

Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technologist Program.
IEMA accreditation required.
BLS certification required.
ARRT CT certification within 12 months or 10+ years relevant experience in lieu of certification.

Mansioni

Maintains patient safety throughout the imaging process from screening to post‑procedure care.
Produces diagnostic-quality CT images using approved protocols.
Administers contrast per policy and monitors for contraindications.
Operates CT equipment and maintains imaging room readiness.
Ensures complete study transfer to PACS for radiologist interpretation.
Performs CT equipment QA and maintains required logs.
