Qualifications

• Competency in safe patient handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and facilitates the Radiology department experience.
• Answers phone calls courteously and identifies self and unit.
• Verifies completeness of orders and notifies physicians of inaccuracies.
• Supports radiologic technologists in planning and executing routine imaging procedures.
• Prepares patients for basic examinations and diagnostic procedures.
• Transports and handles patients safely per policy.
