Job summary

Atrium Health Harrisburg is seeking a CT Imaging Supervisor to lead the radiology team and drive excellence in patient imaging services at the Harrisburg site. You will oversee staff, ensure efficient throughput, and maintain high technical standards across imaging modalities.

The role requires ARRT/NMTCB registry, BLS, and 3+ years of leadership in radiology; bachelor’s degree preferred. Work schedule is weekdays, 40 hours, with on-call and potential weekend touch bases.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership/supervisory experience in radiology department.
• Demonstrates ability to manage patient flow and throughput in a busy imaging setting.
• Registry with NMTCB or ARRT; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises radiology staff and operations.
• Coordinates patient flow and prioritizes procedures.
• Obtains medications/contrast materials as directed for licensed practitioners.
• Trains staff on new procedures and communicates changes.
• Maintains equipment quality control and coordinates with service engineers.
