Job summary

Delray Medical Center, part of Tenet Healthcare, is seeking an Imaging Supervisor to lead the radiology team and oversee daily CT and imaging operations. You will support the Imaging Director in policy interpretation and department leadership to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires a radiologic technologist background with ARRT(CT) and RT(R) credentials, Florida licensure, and BLS. Prior CT supervision and a commitment to accreditation are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited program in medical imaging technology (Radiologic Science).
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Science preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience as a radiologic technologist.
• One (1) year of experience as a CT Technologist preferred.
• Accredited program in radiologic technology; RT (R); ARRT(CT); Florida licensure; BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervisory responsibility for day-to-day operations of the imaging department.
• Assist Imaging Director in development, interpretation, and implementation of policies.
• Provide technical assistance and direction to staff in a positive, professional manner.
• Meet departmental performance and customer service standards of excellence.
• Participate in performance/process improvement groups as assigned.
• Assist in acquiring and maintaining accreditation for CT services.

Education

Graduate of accredited program in medical imaging technology

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Science preferred

Job Summary

Full Time, Days

Up to $20,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months

The Imaging Supervisor accepts supervisory responsibility for the day-to-day operations of your department functions and promotes leadership image. Assists the Imaging Director in the development, interpretation, and implementation of departmental policies. Provides technical assistance and direction to technical staff and ancillary personnel in a positive and professional manner. Meets the departmental standards of performance and the customer service standards of excellence. Participates on performance/process improvement groups as assigned. Actively participates in acquiring and maintaining accreditation for CT services.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

Graduate of accredited program in medical imaging technology (Radiologic Science)

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Science preferred

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum two (2) years’ experience as a radiologic technologist.

One (1) year of experience as a CT Technologist preferred.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE/REGISTRATION:

Accredited program in radiologic technology;

RT (R),

ARRT(CT),

Florida licensure,

BLS Certification.
