Job summary

Delray Medical Center is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT imaging to operate radiographic equipment and follow established imaging protocols. You will ensure optimum CT scans while applying ALARA principles and participate in quality and performance improvements.

The role requires ARRT radiology certification, CT credentialing within 12 months, Florida license, and BLS. Join a dedicated team providing compassionate patient care in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited program in radiologic technology.
• Associate in Science Degree preferred.
• 2 years recent CT experience desirable.
• ARRT registered in Radiology; CT Registered or Registry Eligible; must be registered in CT within 12 months of hire; Florida license, AHA BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Operates radiographic equipment in compliance with manufacturer specifications and imaging protocols.
• Obtains optimum CT imaging following ALARA principles.
• Participates in quality, process and performance improvement initiatives.
• Performs timely documentation in radiology computer systems.
• Meets departmental performance expectations and Customer Service Standards of Excellence.

• ARRT registered in Radiology;
• CT Registered or Registry Eligible; must be registered in CT within 12 months of hire;
• Florida license, American Heart Association BLS certification.
