Job summary

Southeast Health in Southeast Alabama is seeking a CT Technologist to perform high quality diagnostic CT scans, prepare patients, administer contrast when appropriate, and ensure patient safety. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and collaboration with radiologists.

You will operate CT scanners, monitor patients for adverse reactions, maintain documentation, and participate in quality control. AARRT/NMTCB registry and BLS are preferred; 3+ years CT experience is desired.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a diagnostic imaging program approved by the ARRT or NMTCB.
• Registered CT technologist or eligible within 12 months of hire.
• 3+ years CT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and position for scans.
• Operate CT equipment and administer contrast.
• Ensure radiation safety and ALARA principles.
• Document procedures and maintain records.
