Job summary

Aurora Health Care Southern Lakes, Inc. is seeking a CT Technologist to perform advanced diagnostic CT procedures, including vascular, cardiac, cerebral, and hybrid imaging.

The technician will prepare and administer contrast, optimize imaging factors, and ensure accurate labeling and documentation under Radiologist supervision. The candidate should have an accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT CT certification, and a Wisconsin radiographer license with BLS.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of cross sectional anatomy and radiation safety.
• Proficient in IV/venipuncture when required by facility.
• Excellent communication and patient service skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to perform basic to advanced diagnostic procedures.
• Position patient and adjust scanning factors for optimal images.
• Administer contrast media under Radiologist direction.
• Post-process images and ensure correct labeling and documentation.
• Maintain regulatory-compliant records and billing codes.
• Identify equipment issues and participate in QA/testing.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with other departments.
