Responsibilities

• Greet patients and staff; answer calls; schedule and route information.
• Enter patient data into computer and maintain records; file chart forms.
• Assist with acquisition and distribution of digital patient records in PACS.
• Assist with patient check-out, charges, and scheduling procedures.
• Prepare and stock office and medical supplies; assist with pre/post procedure needs.
