Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; graduate of Radiology/imaging program.
• Licensure/certification: ARRT RT(R)(CT) or RT(N)(CT), NMTCB CNMT or NMTCB(CT) or CNMT + ARRT(CT) combinations.

Responsibilities

• Operates CT scanners to produce cross-sectional images (CAT scans).
• Performs routine and special CT exams adhering to protocols to minimize dose and maintain productivity.
• Documents exams in CHL and PACS and identifies charges for accurate workflow.
• Educates patients for better understanding and cooperation during testing.
• Adheres to ALARA and Just Culture to improve patient outcomes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
