Job summary

HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital in Johns Island/Charleston area is seeking a CT Tech to perform CT procedures under radiologist direction. You will verify image quality, prepare the room, and ensure patient safety throughout exams.

The CT Coordinator may train department staff, assist in scheduling and annual evaluations, and support imaging leadership with daily operations. ARRT, CT registry, and related certifications are required, with prior CT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required and active.
• SCRQSA certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• CT Registry certification required.
• Graduate of AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology and ARRT.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures as outlined by the radiologist.
• Check diagnostic quality of all films and prepare room with equipment.
• Train department staff and respond to questions from physicians and other departments.
• Assist CT Supervisor with scheduling, evaluations, and leadership duties.
