Job summary

HCA Healthcare Summerville Hospital is seeking a CT Coordinator to perform CT procedures as directed by the radiologist and to ensure high-quality imaging. The role includes supervising students as needed and supporting the imaging team with scheduling and inventory.

The ideal candidate will have AMA-approved Radiologic Technology training, ARRT certification, and CT Registry credentials, with BLS clearance and 2+ years CT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT certification.
• SCRQSA required.
• CT Registry required.
• BLS required.
• Minimum of 2 years of CT experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT procedures as outlined by the radiologist.
• Checks diagnostic quality of all films.
• Trains department staff and answers questions from physicians and other hospital departments.
• Operates diagnostic CT equipment and prepares room with necessary supplies.
• Assists CT Supervisor with scheduling, annual evaluations, clerical tasks, transport, supplies ordering, inventory, and related duties.
