Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in Computed Tomography to join the General Diagnostic Radiology team in Camp Hill, PA. The role involves performing CT scans and general radiology procedures in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The candidate must be ARRT registered or registry eligible in Radiography, graduate of a radiography program, and pass ARRT CT registry within 18 months or NMTCB registry within three months of employment; BLS

Qualifications

• CT imaging experience preferred.
• BLS certification required prior to orientation completion.
• ARRT Radiography credential or NMTCB equivalent required/eligible.

Responsibilities

• Take x-rays and CAT scans for diagnostic purposes.
• Administer nonradioactive materials into patient's bloodstream when required for imaging.
• Perform radiologic procedures in the General Diagnostic Radiology department.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Take x-rays and CAT scans or administer nonradioactive materials into patient's bloodstream for diagnostic or research purposes. Includes radiologic technologists and technicians who specialize in other scanning modalities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• Must be registered or registry eligible by one of the following accrediting bodies: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Radiography Program or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board Program (NMTCB)
• Graduate of radiography program
• Must pass the radiography ARRT registry within three (3) months of employment
• Must pass the CT ARRT registry within 18 months of employment OR pass NMTCB registry within three (3) months of employment
• BLS required prior to orientation completion

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• CT experience preferred.
