Job summary

Emerus is seeking a Radiology Technician to perform CT and X-Ray imaging at a technical level with minimal supervision. The role requires compliance with imaging standards and patient care protocols.

Responsibilities include operating imaging equipment, maintaining records, and ensuring quality control; CT certification is required, and ARRT CT is preferred. BLS certification is required, and travel may be involved to multiple facility locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, required.
• Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology, required.
• Associate’s degree in Radiology, preferred.
• Certified as a medical radiologic technologist as required by the state in which practicing.
• Registered Technologist with the ARRT in radiography required.
• Registered Technologist with ARRT in CT, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and patient care to assist physicians, nurses, and other staff.
• Operate and maintain X-Ray, CT, CR reader, and PACS equipment.
• Perform imaging exams per policies, notify physician on duty of results.
• Maintain documentation, logs, and records.
• Collect laboratory samples and perform lab testing per policies and CLIA.
