Job summary

Columbia Tech is seeking a skilled supervisor to lead an E/M manufacturing team in Massachusetts. You will train and guide direct reports, organize tasks to meet production goals, and ensure products meet quality standards while staying on schedule and within budget.

You will interface with Engineering to troubleshoot design issues and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Strong leadership, blueprint literacy, and ERP/Microsoft Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical/mechanical background with at least 5 years of E/M manufacturing experience.
• Supervisory and/or Lead Person experience.
• Minimum of high school diploma, Associates Degree or trade school equivalent is a plus.
• Strong organizational and motivational skills.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Experienced in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong teamwork, communication and decision making skills.
• Proven ability to effectively manage changing and multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated interest and ability in developing a manufacturing team.

Salary Range: $28 - $31/hour (Salary commensurate with experience)
