SPARC is hiring a Qualified Mental Health Professional to deliver Community Support Team (CST) services in Rutherford County, NC. You will work to stabilize symptoms, provide psychoeducation, crisis intervention, and coordinate services to help adults live independently in the community.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience in mental health and a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field. SPARC offers a values-driven, supportive environment with growth opportunities.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with adults and/or adolescents in the mental health field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field (psychology, sociology, social work, or related)

Responsabilidades

• Symptom stability through reduction of psychiatric or substance use symptoms.
• Restorative interventions targeting interpersonal, community, coping, and independent living skills.
• Psychoeducation.
• Crisis intervention and de-escalation.
• Service coordination and linkage to community resources
