Job summary

CTDI is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Specialist in Aurora, CO. You will handle shipping/receiving for AT&T Supply Chain, manage inventory and relocation of equipment to support operations, engineering and projects, with a 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday shift and a pay rate of $23.51/hour.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 2–5 years in warehousing, strong communication, and ability to follow procedures; forklift driving and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of relevant warehousing experience.
• Ability to operate basic computer and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Prepare equipment for pickup/shipments.
• Restock inventory to proper locations.
• Ensure Environmental, Health and Safety compliance.
• Coordinate with Technicians and Vendors for pickups and returns.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Use computer systems for inventory management and communication.
• Perform scanning and cycle counting.
• Operate forklift safely.
• Communicate clearly with management, technicians and vendors.
• Follow processes and procedures; be a quick learner.
• Lift up to 75 lbs.

Inventory & Logistics Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for the following. Preparation inshipping and receiving of goods to and from the AT&T Supply Chain facility. Manage and process inventoryand relocation of equipment for Operations and Network Services and process equipment to support Operations, Engineering and Projects.

Shift: 7:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $23.51/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels
• Preparation of equipment for pickup / shipments
• Restocking inventory in proper locations
• Environmental, Health and Safety compliance
• Work with Technicians and Vendors for pickups and returns
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Email, and Inventory Management software)
• Shipping preparation (Fed-Ex, UPS and LTL pallet preparation)
• Scanning
• Cycle counting
• Forklift driving
• Strong communication skills with management, technicians, and vendors
• Must be able to follow processes and procedures
• Quick learner
• Valid Divers license with acceptable driving record (some driving required)

Experience and Education
