Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is seeking a dependable team member to assemble CSS parts, pull stock for shipping, and ship CSS components. The role requires accurate Oracle transactions and thorough paperwork completion, ensuring quality standards are met.

You must read operating instructions and tape measures, communicate effectively in English, and work well both independently and within a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to use a computer including processing Oracle transactions.
• Ability to operate small air, hand and electric tools.
• Ability to read operating instructions.
• Accurately read a tape measure.
• Effective English communication (read, speak, understand).
• Work independently in a fast-paced team environment.

Perform a wide variety of tasks to build, assemble, prep sub-assemblies, repair, move and ship completed parts following established procedures and schedules.

Essential Functions

• Assemble CSS parts.
• Pull stock CSS parts for shipping.
• Ship CSS parts.
• Complete Oracle transactions.
• Complete and maintain required paperwork.
• Verify parts meet quality standards.
• Communicate with other departments and/or carriers as needed.
• Operate pallet jack (manual and electric).

Non‑Essential Functions

• Train other employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs rarely.
• Walk, stand, bend, squat, sit, twist/turn, reach overhead and grasp tools as necessary.

Benefits

Your base wage will be between $21.25 and $26.13 per hour, with eligibility for overtime. You will also have the opportunity to participate in the Production Bonus Plan.
