Job Duties:
- The Child Support Services Administrative Specialist II performs general administrative duties supporting attorneys and child support specialists within the Child Support Services Division.
- Provide clerical support during court sessions, including checking in customers, copying documents, noting attendance, recording outcomes, organizing files, reviewing orders for accuracy, and filing with the Clerk of Court.
- Complete quality assurance checks on orders, ensuring all necessary documents are present and correct, and that medical insurance details are addressed.
- Process administrative pleadings: printing, signing, copying, and sending pleadings to sheriff's departments and court appearance letters to custodial parents.
- Scan orders and files into the OnBase mail system, ensuring correct electronic filing.
- Handle personal identifying information (PII) securely, safeguarding agency systems, equipment, and data.
- Process faxes and virtual conference authorization forms, noting receipt in PACSS, scanning documents, and forwarding to case managers.
- Maintain documents using PACSS, Word, Excel, and Outlook; assist with office equipment, vehicles, supplies, and organize work areas.
- Receive and process mail, noting certified documents in PACSS, scanning, and forwarding as needed.
- Perform Red Cross shelter duties or other emergency services as directed.
- Perform other duties as required.
Agency Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; related clerical experience may substitute.
- Ability to type at 35 words per minute (may be required).

- Possession of relevant educational credentials may require certified transcripts upon job offer.
