Job Duties:
- Perform general administrative duties for attorneys and child support specialists within the Child Support Services Division.
- Provide clerical support in court settings, including checking in customers, copying documents, noting dockets, recording outcomes, organizing files, reviewing orders for completeness, and filing orders with the Clerk of Court.
- Complete quality assurance checklists for orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness, including medical insurance details.
- Process administrative pleadings: printing, signing, copying, and sending pleadings to sheriff's departments and custodial parents.
- Scan orders and files into the OnBase mail system, ensuring proper electronic filing.
- Safeguard personal identifying information (PII) and protect agency systems and data.
- Process faxes and virtual conference authorization forms, noting receipt, scanning, and forwarding documents to case managers.
- Maintain documents using PACSS, Word, Excel, and Outlook; assist with office equipment, vehicles, supplies, and organize work areas.
- Manage mail, including noting receipt of certified documents and scanning as needed.
- Perform Red Cross shelter duties or other emergency services as directed.
- Perform other duties as required.
Agency Requirements:
- High School Diploma or related clerical experience substituting for it.
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute, if required.

- Possess a valid driver's license and access to a motor vehicle for field work.
- Provide official transcripts if educational credentials qualify you for the position.
