Job Duties:
- The Child Support Services Administrative Specialist II perform general administrative duties for attorney's and child support specialist for Child Support Services Division.
- Provide clerical support to teams in court by checking in customers, copying documents, notating dockets with attendance information and recording outcomes. Organize files. Review orders to be filed and ensure all necessary documents are present and in order. File orders with Clerk of Court.
- Complete quality assurance checklist for orders. Review paternity, support, or modified orders, and financial obligation entered for accuracy and completeness and that medical insurance was addressed on each order.
- Process administrative process pleadings - print, sign, and copy pleadings. Send stamped pleadings to sheriff's departments, and court appearance letters to custodial parents.
- Scan orders and file received from administrative process, rule, and judicial hearings into OnBase mail system. Ensure documents scanned into the correct electronic file.
- Ensure personal identifying information (Pll) is properly used, accessed, gathered, shared and disposed; protects the agency networks and applications by safeguarding systems, equipment and data.
- Process faxes and virtual conference participation authorization forms. Note in PACSS receipt of documents, scan documents into OnBase, forward to case managers.
- Establish and maintain documents on computer using Palmetto Automated Child Support System (PACSS), Word, Excel, Outlook. Aid staff with maintenance of office equipment, vehicles, and supplies when requested. Organize and stock common work areas. Manage and maintain office supplies.
- Receive mail from mail-room staff. Note in PACSS when certified documents are received and forward documents to staff. Scan documents as needed.
- Perform Red Cross shelter duty.
- Other duties as required.
A High School Diploma.
