Job summary

Ace Parking Inc. in Dallas, Texas is seeking a friendly, energetic attendant to assist guests at our parking facilities. You will help guests with pay stations, locate vehicles, answer questions, and ensure a smooth experience throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist with office duties such as answering phones and emails.
• Help customers with pay stations or ticketing equipment and provide receipts.
• Assist customers in locating vehicles and directing them to parking areas.
• Guide customers to parking spaces using signals or flashlights as needed.
• Resolve customer questions, requests, and complaints promptly.
• Look for ways to proactively assist customers throughout shifts.

Accountability :

• Assist with office duties, including answering phones and emails.
• Assisting customers' with using pay stations or automated ticketing equipment, including obtaining receipts, and credit card payment.
• Assisting customers with locating vehicles.
• Directing customers to parking areas or parking spaces, using hand signals or flashlights as necessary.
• Resolving customer requests, questions, and complaints.
• Actively look for ways to assist customers.

What we are looking for:

• Must be able to stand and walk up to 8 hours per shift.
• Must be able to speak clearly, distinctly, and effectively using tact and diplomacy.
• Experience dealing with irate customers and resolving customer issues and/or complaints.
• An outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
• Willingness to do whatever it takes to earn a "Thank You."
