Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a CSR Lead in San Diego to oversee cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas and provide some directional support to custodial staff. The role involves operating cleaning equipment, tracking supplies, and coordinating with the Custodial Supervisor on scheduling and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 to 2 years related experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification; forklift certification may be required; safety training certification.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties per daily schedule.
• Provide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
• Schedule clean up and repairs as needed.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Track and maintain supplies inventory.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Monitor employees for proper use of PPE and supplies.
• Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement.
