Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Rockford, Tennessee seeks a CSR Lead to oversee cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas and to provide work direction to custodial staff.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training support, equipment operation, and safety inspections. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification, and a valid driver's license where applicable. Forklift certification may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years related experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification preferred or required.
• May require valid driver’s license and MVR checks.
• Completed safety and task training certification; forklift may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and daily cleaning tasks.
• Provide work direction to custodians as directed by the supervisor.
• Assist scheduling and training of staff under the Custodial Supervisor.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and maintain supplies.
• Report incidents, hazards, and PPE non-compliance to supervisor.
• Monitor staff for proper PPE use and safety adherence.
• Suggest corrective actions for areas needing improvement.
• Travel to various work locations or customer sites as needed.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour

Job Overview

The CSR Lead will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the areas assigned and will provide some work direction to custodial staff.

Roles & Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.

• Perform janitorial duties
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
• Provide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as needed
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs
• Schedule clean up and repairs as needed
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Track and maintain supplies inventory
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Report employee personnel and customer issues to supervisor
• Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, and supplies
• Correct at risk behavior, then report to the supervisor immediately
• The ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.
• Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement

Education and/ or Experience: High school diploma or GED required. 1 to 2 years related experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

CPR/AED/First Aid certification.

A valid driver’s license may be required for this position based on business needs. Employees required to drive as part of their job duties must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and meet company driving eligibility requirements.

Completed all safety and task training certification.

May be required to be forklift certified.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team

Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment

Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
