Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a CSR Lead in Manassas, VA to oversee the cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas and guide custodial staff. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and help schedule and train team members under the Custodial Supervisor.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of related experience, CPR/AED/First Aid certification, and possibly a valid driver's license and forklift certification.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and daily tasks as scheduled.
• Provide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by the supervisor.
• Assist in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
• Schedule clean up and repairs as needed.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Track and maintain supplies inventory.
• Assist in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Report incidents, hazardous conditions, and issues to supervisor.
• Monitor proper use of PPE and supplies; propose corrective actions.

CSR Lead

The CSR Lead will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the areas assigned and will provide some work direction to custodial staff.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
• Provide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as needed
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs
• Schedule clean up and repairs as needed
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Track and maintain supplies inventory
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Report employee personnel and customer issues to supervisor
• Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, and supplies
• Correct at risk behavior, then report to the supervisor immediately
• Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement

Qualification

Education and/ or Experience: High school diploma or GED required. 1 to 2 years related experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CPR/AED/First Aid certification. May be required to have a valid driver's license. Completed all safety and task training certification. May be required to be forklift certified.

• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team
• Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
