Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a CSR Lead in Manassas, VA to oversee cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas and to provide some direction to custodial staff. You will monitor operations to ensure safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years related experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required or preferred.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license may be required.
• Safety and task training certifications completed.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as assigned.
• Follow daily schedule and maintain assigned areas.
• Provide work direction to custodians under supervision.
• Assist in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and inspect tools.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Report incidents, hazards, and personnel issues to supervisor.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices.
• Support corrective actions and continuous improvements.

CSR Lead

The CSR Lead will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the areas assigned and will provide some work direction to custodial staff.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
• Provide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as needed
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs
• Schedule clean up and repairs as needed
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Track and maintain supplies inventory
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Report employee personnel and customer issues to supervisor
• Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, and supplies
• Correct at risk behavior, then report to the supervisor immediately
• Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement

Qualification

Education and/ or Experience: High school diploma or GED required. 1 to 2 years related experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CPR/AED/First Aid certification. May be required to have a valid driver's license. Completed all safety and task training certification. May be required to be forklift certified.

• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team
• Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use
