SBM is seeking a CSR Lead in Issaquah, WA to oversee cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas and provide work direction to custodial staff. The role requires following the daily schedule, training, and coordinating with the Custodial Supervisor to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsabilités

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Provide work direction to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
• Schedule cleanup and repairs as needed.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.

# **Title:**CSR Lead# **Job Description:**Compensation: $23.45 per hour **Job Overview**The CSR Lead will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the areas assigned and will provide some work direction to custodial staff. **Roles & Responsibilities**To perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.* Perform janitorial duties* Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule* Provide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor* Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as needed* Operate motorized cleaning equipment* Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs* Schedule clean up and repairs as needed* Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area* Track and maintain supplies inventory* Assist Custodial Supervisor in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment* Perform quality, service, and safety inspections* Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor* Report employee personnel and customer issues to supervisor* Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, and supplies* Correct at risk behavior, then report to the supervisor immediately* The ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.* Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement **Qualification**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
