Job summary

SBM Management Services is seeking a CSR Lead to oversee cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas. You will provide direction to custodial staff and assist in scheduling and training under the Custodial Supervisor's guidance.

Responsibilities include operating cleaning equipment, maintaining supplies, and enforcing safety and PPE use while coordinating with multiple location sites. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license may be required depending on sites.
• Forklift certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and daily cleaning tasks as scheduled.
• Provide work direction to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Track inventory of supplies and maintain equipment maintenance records.
• Log incidents, hazards, and PPE compliance with supervisor.
• Drive to various work locations and assist with on-site quality checks.

# **Title:**CSR Lead# **Job Description:**Compensation: $25.75 per hour **Job Overview**The CSR Lead will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the areas assigned and will provide some work direction to custodial staff. **Roles & Responsibilities**To perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.* Perform janitorial duties* Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule* Provide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor* Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as needed* Operate motorized cleaning equipment* Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs* Schedule clean up and repairs as needed* Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area* Track and maintain supplies inventory* Assist Custodial Supervisor in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment* Perform quality, service, and safety inspections* Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor* Report employee personnel and customer issues to supervisor* Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, and supplies* Correct at risk behavior, then report to the supervisor immediately* The ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.* Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement **Qualification**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
