Job summary

Fred Loya Insurance Agency in New Mexico is seeking a full-time customer service representative to provide professional service to customers, answer policy questions, process payments, and identify needs for appropriate coverage. You will follow up on quotes, renewals, and cancellations, participate in marketing efforts as needed, and maintain a clean office environment.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to pass licensing requirements; bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

• Answer questions regarding customer’s policy.
• Accept payments and process transactions.

• Follow up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations.
• Involved with marketing initiatives for new business development as needed.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area and office.
• FNOLs (vehicle inspections).
• Taking vehicle pictures (squat, bend, flex).
• Bank run deposits.
