Job summary

Fred Loya Insurance Agency is seeking a full-time customer service representative to assist internal and external customers with policy questions, accept payments, and process transactions while maintaining a courteous, professional demeanor.

You will identify customer needs, follow up on quotes, renewals and cancellations, participate in marketing initiatives as needed, and support FNOL activities such as vehicle inspections and photo documentation.
