Job summary

Fred Loya Insurance Agency is seeking a full-time Insurance Customer Service Representative in Texas. You will provide professional service to clients, answer policy questions, process payments, and identify policy needs. The role includes follow-ups on quotes, renewals, and cancellations, with involvement in marketing for new business and ensuring a tidy workspace.

Vehicle inspections may be required. Strong communication, bilingual English/Spanish is helpful, and you must be able to pass state

• Maintain a neat, clean work area and office.
• Assist with FNOL vehicle inspections as required.

• Identify any potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy
• Follow up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations
• Involved with marketing initiatives for new business development on an as-needed basis
• Maintain a neat and clean work area and office
• FNOL’s (vehicle inspections)
