Job summary

Fred Loya Insurance Agency is seeking a full-time Insurance Customer Service Specialist to support internal and external clients. You will answer questions about policies, accept payments, and identify client needs while promoting available products.

Responsibilities include following up on quotes, renewals, and cancellations, handling FNOL vehicle inspections, and maintaining accurate records. Bilingual English/Spanish abilities and state licensing are preferred.
