Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2–4 year college degree or certification preferred.
• Forklift certification and state forklift certification required or able to obtain.
• 2+ years forklift experience and 3+ years customer service, or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong English communication and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Process orders via EDI, fax, or email with high accuracy.
• Enter receiving and shipping data in WMS to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping issues, and invoicing problems promptly.
• Operate sit-down forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain inventory control and safe, organized warehouse.
• Provide courteous customer service and timely order updates.
