CABS Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for a CSR/Dispatcher Supervisor to oversee and optimize our customer service and dispatching operations. This leadership role ensures smooth scheduling, efficient technician dispatching, and outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support customer service representatives and dispatchers, ensuring top-tier customer interactions.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Oversee daily scheduling and dispatching of HVAC technicians to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relations: Handle escalated customer inquiries, ensuring swift resolution and positive experiences.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement best practices for call handling, appointment booking, and technician dispatching.
  • Communication & Reporting: Serve as the liaison between office staff, field technicians, and management, ensuring seamless workflow.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide feedback to improve efficiency and service quality.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

  • Experience:
    • Customer service & dispatching experience required.
    • Coordinating and supervisory experience preferred.
    • HVAC industry experience is preferred but not required.
    • Leadership Skills: Ability to manage a team with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication & Customer Service: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Service Titan or similar scheduling/dispatch software is a plus.
  • Multitasking Ability: Must excel in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
